Asked by owners like you.

Do my tenants need to install anything?
No. Rent links open in any UPI app, agreements are accepted with a code, and notices are visible on a simple link. Resident portal logins are part of Pro and above.
Can I manage hourly or daily stays?
Yes — a bed can be rented hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, each with its own rate. Short stays are billed upfront automatically; monthly stays bill by cycle with pro-rata.
How does the GST handling work?
HamaraPG applies GST entry 12AA to every invoice: accommodation is exempt when the value is ₹20,000 or less per person per month and the stay runs 90 or more continuous days, and the test is applied per person, so two people sharing a room are assessed separately. The thresholds and the rate come from the GST rule on your account, nothing is charged at all if your organisation is not GST-registered, and every invoice records why it was exempt or taxable. Rules change and they are not the same for every PG — confirm your own position with a CA.
